MSNST provides calibrations for all force sensors. Load cells, load pins, tension links, torque transducers, crane scales, and more - to ensure the accuracy of your weighing equipment. What you weigh is important - from the grain that feeds your livestock; to the vehicles used to transport those same animals. All loads must be precisely determined to ensure the repeatability, consistency and efficiency of your process.

Our calibration lab is fully stocked with NIST-traceable primary and secondary standards and certified deadweight, plus a full complement of adaptors and fixtures to suit any need. If we don’t have it, we’ll build it.

MSNST offers standard calibrations according to NIST Handbook 44, in addition to any custom calibration your application might need. We are happy to discuss your application and will recommend a calibration approach if you’re not sure.

In house, we can calibrate up to 500,000 lbs in tension; and up to 1,600,000 lbs in compression. MSNST will produce a calibration certificate detailing your equipment’s precision - all tested with traceability to NIST standards.
